What You Will Do

• Leading the Charge: Take the reins on technical projects, guiding your team to success, hitting milestones, and skillfully dodging (or squashing) any risks that pop up.
• The Go-To Guru: Be the technical beacon for your team and a key point of contact for stakeholders. When tough questions arise, you're the one with the answers.
• Building Brilliance: Design and develop our cloud-native and desktop solutions, getting hands-on with big data, performance, and high-availability services. Think scale, think impact
• Code Whisperer: Participate in code reviews, sharing your wisdom and helping your peers craft even more elegant solutions.
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with fellow engineers, DevOps, product owners, and management to bring amazing features to life.
• Always Learning: Research, experiment, and constantly grow your knowledge to drive innovative product designs.
• Own It Be the ultimate owner of your domain, ensuring top-notch code quality, stellar performance, and seamless scalability.

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of Backend Development experience: You've been around the block and know your stuff.
• Strong Object-Oriented Skills: You're comfortable with languages like Java and C# and know your way around good design principles.
• Troubleshooting Talent: You've got a knack for figuring out tough problems, debugging code, and helping resolve production issues.
• Architectural Awareness: Experience with designing and understanding large-scale systems, especially those that are distributed.
• Cloud Comfort: Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies – you understand how things work in the cloud.
• SaaS Savvy: Experience with SaaS technologies, building for scale, high availability, and understanding microservices.
• Database Dialogues: You're comfortable working with databases like Oracle and Postgres.
• Growth Mindset & Team Player: You're proactive, love a challenge, and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment.
• Communication Champion: You can articulate complex ideas clearly and connect effectively with everyone.
• Agile Alchemist: You're comfortable working in agile methodologies.
