Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on C++ / Python Software Engineer to join our multidisciplinary development team. In this position, you will contribute to core development activities across our middleware and application layers and work closely with algorithms, embedded software, hardware and system engineers.

You will help implement, integrate, and optimize components running on heterogeneous computer platforms (CPU + accelerators), gaining experience in performance-oriented software engineering and production environments.

This is a hybrid position in our Rehovot office

What You'll be doing

  • Contribute to the design and development of C++/Python modules within a multi-component system
  • Implement and debug middleware services and APIs for higher-level applications and algorithms
  • Assist with integration of computer-accelerated modules (e.g., CUDA-based pipelines)
  • Support development of multi-threaded workloads to improve robustness, scalability, and latency
  • Work closely with Python-based algorithm team translating code into efficient production modules
  • Participate in debugging, profiling, troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain unit tests and CI/CD flows
  • Follow software engineering standards, documentation, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Programming, particularly in C++ and Python
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development
  • Solid foundational knowledge in Computer Science concepts
  • Familiarity with middleware technologies and system integration is desirable
  • Experience in multi-sensor integration or embedded systems is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
