Social Media Manager
(Organic) to own and scale this activity across our brands.
You will be responsible for the
strategy, planning, execution, and day-to-day management
of ZoomREI's organic social media activity. If you Lives and breathes social media, have strong writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of how organic social supports brand credibility, engagement, and long-term growth- you could be the one.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a clear
organic social media strategy
aligned with company objectives - Build and manage a structured
content Gant. - Plan content around campaigns, key dates, launches, and market activity
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms and pages
Platform & Account Management
- Manage ZoomREI's organic presence in multiple brand pages across U.S. markets:
- Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
- TikTok
- Ensure all profiles are active, up-to-date, and professionally maintained
Content Creation & Publishing
- Write high-quality social copy and captions in
native-level English - Create post concepts, messaging frameworks, and content angles
- Publish posts consistently and according to plan
- Repurpose existing content and assets into social-ready formats
Engagement & Community Management
- Actively manage comments, messages, and interactions across platforms
- Build ongoing engagement through responses, conversations, and follow-ups
- Participate in relevant communities and groups (LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, etc.)
- Monitor brand mentions, conversations, and sentiment
- Engage with relevant industry, competitor, and market content
Creative Collaboration
- Brief designers and video editors with clear messaging goals, formats, and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and publishing
- Review creative assets to ensure alignment with messaging and brand standards
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze organic social performance (reach, engagement, growth)
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Continuously optimize content formats, posting cadence, and messaging
- Provide regular performance summaries and insights to stakeholders
Trends & Market Awareness
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Balance forward planning with real-time responsiveness
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in
organic social media management
in global companies. - Native or near-native English proficiency
(written and verbal) - Proven experience managing multiple social platforms and brand pages
- Experience working with
US or international markets - Strong copywriting skills for social media
- High level of organization, planning, and execution capability
- Comfortable working independently with full ownership of outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
