is hiring a
Risk & Regulatory Manager
to join a leading financial organization in the Shfela region.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead
    GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
    , risk management, and regulatory projects.
  • Build, manage, and implement a
    cyber risk assessment program
    .
  • Develop, manage, and implement control frameworks in accordance with protection standards.
  • Manage
    operational risks
    and mitigation programs.
  • Lead regulatory projects in cybersecurity and manage certification processes for
    ISO standards
    .
  • Write policies, procedures, and methodologies in information security and cyber defense.
  • Collaborate with various departments and senior management, preparing materials for executive meetings.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor annual work plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience as a GRC Manager
    in a large financial institution – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing
    information security projects
    – mandatory.
  • Experience in writing
    policies, procedures, and formal documentation
    ; excellent written and verbal communication – advantage.
  • Experience implementing
    IT and cybersecurity standards and regulations
    – significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of
    risk management and cybersecurity frameworks
    – advantage.
