We're hiring a
Junior Community Manager
to grow, listen to, and champion the Alpha Nomos community across Discord, Steam, and socials in addition to supporting out business partners with the same ops. You'll partner with marketing/PR and the dev team to turn community insights into action, support upcoming beats and convert interest into wishlists and retention.

Your impact:

  • Build the place players actually want to hang out.
  • Speak human, not corporate; keep the vibe safe, helpful, fun.
  • Turn moments (trailer, patch, demo) into momentum (wishlists, returners).
  • Close the loop: surface feedback, celebrate fixes, show progress.
  • Help new players "get it" in 30 seconds with clear posts, clips, and how-tos.

What you'll do:

Community operations:

Discord (primary hub)

  • Own structure, safety, and tone; run weekly prompts, AMAs, play sessions.
  • Publish quick "how-to" posts (beat timing, calibration, HUD).
  • Tag, triage, and close the loop on feedback; post patch notes & changelogs.

Steam

  • Draft and schedule
    Announcements
    , event pages, and update posts.
  • Turn trailers/patches into clear CTAs (wishlist, demo, Discord join).
  • Maintain a living FAQ; respond to Discussions quickly and respectfully.

Instagram

  • Ship
    3–4 Reels/week
    (moment-to-moment gameplay, combos, sound-reactive moments etc) with one-sentence hooks.
  • Stories: BTS polls, Q&A stickers, countdowns.
  • Maintain highlights (Start Here, Latest Patch, Community Clips).

YouTube

  • Shorts:
    ~3/week (clean, satisfying rhythm captures).
  • Long-form:
    1–2/month (devlogs, feature explainers, soundtrack).
  • Optimize titles/thumbnails, chapters, end screens; maintain playlists.

TikTok

  • 3–5 short clips/week tailored to trends; stitch/duet creator clips.
  • Use on-screen text to explain "why this feels good" in
