Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation & Integration Specialist to join our R&D team and take ownership of our internal systems and CRM platforms. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business applications, building automation processes, and ensuring seamless operations across departments.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce and other business applications as part of the Information Systems team.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design, build, and manage reports and dashboards to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage integrations between Salesforce, WordPress, Linux servers, and other internal systems.
  • Support system users by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering training/documentation.
  • Maintain system security, user access, and data integrity across platforms.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in cloud infrastructure and IT operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, IT best practices, and new technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT, Information Systems, or Business Applications, with
    hands-on experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven track record in building and managing automation workflows (Flows, Process Builder, or similar).
  • Experience with WordPress and PHP — strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
