Web Tech Lead

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in and JavaScript (ES6 )
  • Proficiency in React, , and modern frontend frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments
  • Experience in PHP and working with Drupal
  • Experience with SQL databases – MySQL, SQL Server
  • Experience with NoSQL databases – MongoDB
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with Strapi – an advantage

Soft Skills:

  • Strong system-level thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for clean code, testing, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Education - BA in industrial - Lead technical decision-making and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
  • Design and implement efficient, modular, and maintainable codebases
  • Guide and mentor team members; share knowledge and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: product, design, QA, and infrastructure
  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from design to deployment
  • Maintain high awareness of industry trends and propose relevant innovations
