We are looking for a skilled Software Development Project Manager

This role requires At least 10 years of experience in managing technology projects in a financial organization or another large-scale enterprise.

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing technology projects within a financial organization or other large-scale enterprise.
  • Extensive experience in matrix management and collaboration with various teams.
  • Strong technological background – experience in software development or systems analysis.
  • Experience in analyzing digital systems, including integration with REST APIs, microservices (MS), and specification of both frontend and backend components.
  • Experience in specifying financial systems or other systems (e.g., pension systems, SMS).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and managing implementation projects.
  • Experience in writing RFPs and SOWs.
  • Ability to manage independently, with initiative, responsibility, and the capability to drive teams forward.
  • Direct and effective communication with business stakeholders and technical units.
  • Willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
