About the Role

Xsight Labs is looking for a backend developer with 2–3 years of experience to join its growing Infrastructures and Tools team. As part of the team, you will:

  • Develop and maintain backend systems and tools for managing, configuring, and analyzing hardware.
  • Design and implement APIs and data processing workflows that connect software and hardware systems.
  • Contribute to improving system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Occasionally interact with low-level components and hardware interfaces to support product development.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ - an advantage.
  • Familiarity with full-stack development - an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that involves hardware and lower-level development.
  • Experience working in Linux environments and with networking concepts.

Education

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
