As the Data Product Manager at MigdalGroup, you will play a crucial role in integrating data -driven insights intoproduct development. You will lead strategic data projects, including mappingand defining needs, establishing a single source of truth for company data, andcreating a transparent and user -friendly business view. Your responsibilitieswill include ensuring that our data products meet customer needs and align withbusiness objectives. This role involves overseeing data conventions, definingdata collection requirements, and managing data naming standards across allprocesses and products. You will work closely with cross -functional teams toensure data integrity and consistency throughout the product life cycle.●      Integrate data -driven insights into productdevelopment processes.●      Ensure that data standards, naming conventions, anddata quality measures are adhered to across all products and processes.●      Align data governance strategies with overallbusiness objectives and product goals.●      Identify data collection needs for new and existingproducts.●      Define data requirements, sources, and namingconventions.●      Ensure that data is accurately collected, maintained,and used consistently.●      Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists,product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive data integrationand governance.●      Facilitate effective communication and collaborationamong all stakeholders to ensure data -related initiatives are aligned.●      Oversee the data aspects of the product developmentlifecycle, from ideation to launch.●      Ensure that data products are user -friendly,intuitive, and meet the needs of target users.●      Monitor data quality and usage metrics.●      Analyze data to identify areas for improvement andimplement necessary changes to enhance data effectiveness.●      Ensure timelyand high -quality execution of data -related projects. דרישות●      Proven experience in data product management anddata -driven decision -making.●      Strong understanding of data conventions, collectionrequirements, and naming standards.●      Ability to lead strategic data projects, includingmapping and defining needs, establishing a single source of truth for companydata, and building a transparent and user -friendly business view.●      Excellent collaboration skills with cross -functionalteams to ensure data integrity and consistency.●      Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management,data governance, or a related field.●      Strong understanding of data technologies, dataengineering, and data science methodologies.●      Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g.,Python, R).●      Experience with data governance tools and frameworks.●      Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.●      Strong verbal and written communication skills.●      Proven experience in managing complex data projectswith multiple stakeholders.●      Demonstrated ability to translate technical conceptsinto business solutions.●      Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, dynamicenvironment and manage multiple priorities effectively.●      Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a relatedfield.
