An international import-export company in the
beauty and wellness industry
is seeking a
highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Coordinator
to manage financial tracking, documentation, and global logistics. This position is ideal for someone who loves numbers, precision, and structure — and thrives in an organized, fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Do


• Oversee payment schedules, collections, and vendor reconciliations with complete accuracy


• Maintain and update financial records, cost reports, and Excel-based tracking sheets


• Support accounting functions including invoice verification, expense analysis, and coordination with finance teams


• Manage import/export documentation and customs records, ensuring compliance and timely shipments


• Coordinate directly with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers worldwide


• Communicate with local authorities (including the Ministry of Health) for product registration in the cosmetics field


• Prepare clear financial and operational summaries for management review

What We're Looking For


• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is essential


• Proven experience in finance coordination, accounting support, or import/export operations


• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports


• Highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently


• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with vendors and partners


• Fluent English (spoken and written)
