We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to maintain payroll accuracy.
- Maintain employee payroll records, ensure timely data entry, and resolve discrepancies.
- Process statutory payments, such as pensions, sick pay, and parental leave.
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliation activities
- Manage the business trip process, including approvals, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursement.
- Review and approve employee expense claims in line with company policies.
- Perform accounting transactions in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage vendor payments, including verification, processing, and reconciliation.
- Assist the Finance Department with periodic and ad-hoc reports, reconciliations, and financial analysis as requested.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a multinational or regulated environment
- Previous accounting experience is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation (additional jurisdictions a plus)
- Experience working with payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, or similar)
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
