חברה יזמית בינ"ל מובילה, העוסקת בייזום, פיתוח, הקמה והפעלה של מתקנים לייצור חשמל באנרגיות מתחדשות, נשמח לצרף: מנהל.ת פרויקטים בתחום הנכסים.

.מדובר בתפקיד מרתק שמשלב את עולם ניהול הפרויקטים עם התחום המסחרי. במסגרת התפקיד תקבל.י:

  • אחריות לריכוז כל ההיבטים התפעוליים של מתקני אנרגיה מתחדשת גדולים, בדגש על פרויקטים סולאריים ואגירה

  • עריכת מעקב ובקרה שוטפים על עבודות התחזוקה והתפעול בפרויקט אל מול התחייבויות חוזיות של הקבלן המבצע, לוחות זמנים, תקציב, איכות ועוד

  • תפעול ההתקשרויות השוטפות עם חברות הקבלן, והיועצים: תוך עיסוק נרחב בבקרת הסכמים, הפעלת סעיפי אחריות וכיוצב'

  • עדכון, תיעוד ובקרה של כל מסמכי הפרויקט: הסכמי תחזוקה, רשיונות, הסכמי רכש, והסכמי קבלן

  • תכנון ותיאום בין מגוון ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים, תוך קידום פתרון סוגיות חוזיות, רגולטוריות ומסחריות בהתאם לצורך

  • ניהול וייזום פיילוטים חוצי חברה

ההשכלה והניסיון הרלוונטיים למשרה הם:

  • ניסיון של כ- 7 שנים לפחות בניהול פרויקטים או תפקידים דומים

  • ניסיון עבודה בחברות בינונית-גדולות בתחום הפרויקטים/תשתיות/הנדסה – יתרון

  • תואר ראשון – חובה

  • יכולת התנסחות מעולה בכתב ובע"פ באנגלית ועברית - חובה

  • שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office לרבות Excel ו- Power Point – חובה
