As Anti-Fraud Analyst at ImpersonAlly, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' brands from fraudulent activities. You will have an opportunity to work with the world's top brands. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their success in leveraging our anti-fraud tools. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in fraud detection and analytics to identify and mitigate fraudulent behaviors across various digital advertising platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure maximum utilization of our solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized strategies and best practices for fraud prevention and detection tailored to their specific needs.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to help clients optimize their advertising campaigns and minimize the impact of fraud.
- Proactively monitor industry trends and emerging threats in digital advertising fraud to continuously enhance our detection methodologies.
- Advocate for clients internally, communicating their needs and feedback to cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Provide training sessions and workshops to educate clients on fraud prevention techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in customer success management, account management, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding and experience of digital advertising ecosystems and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate networks).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and gain actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- 2+ years of experience as Customer Success Manager or similar roles in SAAS companies.
- 2+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing or Google ads.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred Skills:- Experience in fraud detection, preferably within the digital advertising industry or related fields such as cybersecurity or data analytics. - Knowledge of ad verification and measurement technologies.
- Multilingual proficiency with fluency in additional languages beyond English.
