We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Compensation Lead to join our HR team. Based in Israel and reporting to the Head of Global C&B, this role will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and governance of global compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and alignment with our business and talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a global subject matter expert on compensation, advising HR and business leaders on salary structures, incentive plans, job evaluations, and compensation trends.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards Frameworks, Guidelines and Policies to Support the business strategy and to ensure consistency and scalability across geographies
  • Lead and execute strategic, cross-regional Compensation & Benefits projects, ensuring effective alignment with global objectives while managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisions and maintain market competitiveness
  • Manage compensation governance, including compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide analytical support and insights through compensation modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve compensation-related systems, analytics, and tools

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation roles, multinational or global environments – must
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and tools across multiple countries
  • Proven experience leading global or regional compensation programs.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Radford, Mercer) is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrixed global environment, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions, regions, and levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to translate complexity into clarity and action
  • Fluent in English; Hebrew is an advantage
