RevOps Specialist

ScaleOps is a specialized RevOps consultancy working with B2B companies across diverse industries, focused on HubSpot and Salesforce implementations, integrations, and marketing & sales operations.

We're looking for a smart, tech-savvy Junior RevOps Manager who can learn fast, take ownership of project tasks, and grow into a key member of our team.

What you'll do

• Support client HubSpot and Salesforce implementations and configurations
• Own specific project deliverables: CRM setup, workflows, automations, pipelines, reporting
• Build and manage integrations using , Zapier, and native platform tools
• Create client documentation: implementation guides, field mapping, best practices materials
• Manage project tasks in ClickUp/Monday and track deliverables across multiple client engagements
• Assist with data migrations and quality assurance
• Participate in client calls and translate business requirements into technical solutions

What we're looking for

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn platforms quickly
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts (objects, properties, workflows, pipelines)
• Exposure to at least one CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) – or strong willingness to learn
• High-level/fluent English (written & spoken) – must
• High-level/fluent Hebrew (written & spoken) – must
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
• Professional communication skills and client-ready presence
• Comfortable with modern tools and AI-driven solutions
