Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an AI Specialist, located in Lod with some work-from-home options. The AI Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into banking processes, analyze large datasets to derive insights, and create predictive models. Other tasks include researching new AI technologies and trends, maintaining and optimizing existing AI systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.

• Practical experience with AWS cloud platforms including Bedrock services

• Understanding of MLOps practices – CI/CD for ML models

• Knowledge with data engineering workflows and working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, LLMs, and prompt engineering – strong advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
