Overview

***This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Global Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and shipping operations. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our business: ensuring that customers receive their medications quickly, compliantly, and reliably — no matter where they are in the world.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to persistent challenges in sourcing, inventory flow, global shipping, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance. This is not a routine operations role — we're looking for a creative, strategic problem-solver who thrives on overcoming complex barriers and building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Global Supply Chain Management: Oversee and coordinate procurement and fulfillment from multiple international pharmacy sources (Israel, Turkey, UK, and others) to ensure reliable stock availability and fast turnaround times.

● Shipping & Logistics Optimization: Build and improve systems for global shipping, last-mile delivery, and customs clearance — with a focus on speed, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

● Cold-Chain & Compliance: Manage cold-chain logistics and ensure all processes comply with pharmaceutical handling regulations and US customs/FDA requirements.

● Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify operational bottlenecks and design creative, practical solutions — even in heavily regulated environments.

● Process Design & Automation: Implement systems, workflows, and technologies to improve visibility, communication, and efficiency across the supply chain and shipping process.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy teams, fulfillment centers, 3PLs, shipping partners, customs brokers, and internal departments to align supply chain and logistics with business goals.

Requirements

● 7+ years of experience in global supply chain, logistics, or operations — ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated e-commerce sectors.

● Proven track record managing cross-border logistics and navigating US customs and import requirements.

● Deep knowledge of cold-chain handling, pharmaceutical product regulations, and compliance standards.

● Experience working with multiple international suppliers and complex sourcing networks.

● Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew a strong advantage).

● Based in Israel with significant experience working with global partners and systems.
