The Role

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Generation Media Buyer

to join our team full-time. This role focuses on buying and scaling traffic across
Meta

and
Native

channels, within an
affiliate lead generation (CPL)

model.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a proven track record in performance marketing who knows how to manage, optimize, and scale campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, Make creatives, launch, and scale paid media campaigns across
    Social platforms

(Meta, TikTok, etc.) and
Native platforms

(Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
- Manage daily media buying operations: budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives
- Optimize campaigns toward
CPL, lead quality, and ROI
- Work within an
affiliate lead generation model

, focusing on performance and scalability
- Analyze funnel performance and data to continuously improve results

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven hands-on experience in media buying
  • Strong experience with
    lead generation campaigns
  • Proven experience buying traffic on
    Social and Native channels
  • Solid understanding of
    affiliate marketing

, specifically
lead generation (CPL) models
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Experience managing budgets independently with full ownership of performance
- Ability to work full-time from our
BSR Ramat Gan office

Nice to Have

  • Experience in competitive verticals (finance, insurance, loans, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and postback-based setups
  • Experience working with affiliate networks or direct advertisers
