Job Responsibilities:

* Telephone and email correspondence.

* Handling messages and inquiries.

* Managing the Chairman's calendar.

* Conference calls.

* Proactive, diligent, and strong work ethic.

* Proficiency in Outlook, Teams/Zoom.

* High-level English (native speaker preferred).

* Client communication skills.

Full-time position.

One Friday every five weeks.
