We are seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as a temporary replacement within the Business Unit HR team for a period of 7 months during a MLOA. The role is designed to manage all HR-related matters within the unit, ensuring seamless operations, while also supporting and driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main HR contact for the Business Unit during the temporary assignment. Ensure compliance with company policies and Israeli labor laws.
Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives to promote a high-performance, engaging work environment. Act as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, from team leads to Leadership team, providing expert HR guidance and support. Understand business objectives and translate them into impactful HR solutions that drive performance and engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights, coaching, and guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and talent development.
Identify key people trends using various data sources within the organization and proactively develop strategies to enhance the employee experience. Support the unit's HR functions in a seamless, efficient manner, passing on knowledge and ensuring continuity. Contribute to cross-HR projects, bringing innovative ideas and solutions. Should have at least 5 years' experience in the field of HR as an HR Business partner.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness. Empathy and Active Listening: Understanding employee concerns and needs, which helps in building trust and improving engagement.
