We are seeking a
Quality Assurance Engineer
to join a leading company in the Aerospace & Defense industry. The role involves leading and maintenance of the company's quality system in compliance with
ISO 9001:2015
and customer requirements

  • Develop, update and maintain procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Lead internal audits and prepare the organization for external certifications and audits.
  • Manage and implement
    FRACAS, CAPA, MRB & ECCB
    processes.
  • Monitor and present quality metrics, management reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, integration, supply chain, and external suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in quality management system.
  • Knowledge and ability to lead internal and external audit methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and produce professional reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
  • Certified Quality Engineer – Advantage.
  • Previous experience in the aerospace industry or in the IAF technical corps – Strong advantage.
