About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our defense sales activities in Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving adoption of our innovative drone systems among defense and HLS users.

You will lead demos, simulations, and PoCs, collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions, and take an active role in proposal and RFP processes. This is a high-impact position offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and directly influence key defense program 4+ years of experience in sales or technical sales within the defense industry must. Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and executive audiences. Proven experience leading PoCs, demos, and RFP responses.

Ability to define, present, and negotiate customized solutions that meet client needs. Excellent collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously. Fluent English, written and spoken.
