Overview (English)
SodaStream is seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper
to join our Finance team at the company's headquarters in Kfar Saba. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, smooth operations, and compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities (English)
- Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures, and drive process improvements as required.
- Manage interactions with freight forwarders and customs authorities.
- Oversee customer accounts, including reconciliations, collections, and related-party transactions.
- Issue invoices and receipts, and monitor multi-currency payments.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments and subsidiaries.
- Monitor revenue records, analyze accounts, and accurately record journal entries.
Qualifications (English)
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in bookkeeping - mandatory.
- Certified Bookkeeper - Level 3 certificate - mandatory.
- Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive, service-oriented, with initiative and a "can-do" attitude.
- High work ethic, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work overtime during month-end closings.
- Full-time position with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
