Technician V

List no more than 10 essential duties and responsibilities. No single duty or responsibility should be less than 5% of the total duties and responsibilities.

In addition to the general duties of a Junior technician (level I-III), this position performs advanced cleaning, packing, and maintenance activities. This may include extensive chemical cleaning and stripping activities, delegation and assignment of work activities, signing off on Certificate of Analysis and test data and approving travelers.

Is responsible for incoming, in-process and final inspection of parts. Able to work independently and perform all processes and activities related to the assigned product line.

Participation in Quality Assurance program, safety program and completion of various trainings. Must be able to identify the occurrence of departures from the quality system.

Specialized duties may include all of Junior technician, specialized duties, plus may act as a "Lead" technician for the assigned cleaning line(s), provide assistance to the ENG group for specialized cleaning activities, and assignment to the cleaning of qualification parts and kits.

Safe use and disposition of hazardous chemicals for cleaning.

May provide assistance in process improvement activities.

Deliver parts to customer using company delivery vehicle.
