For that we are looking for highly talented engineers to join our journey.

Responsibilities
  • You'll be part of a highly talented and fast-moving engineering team, building and scaling products that directly impact patients' access to care.
  • As a backend engineer, you'll design, implement, and optimize complex, high-scale systems — combining deep technical ownership with hands-on development in a cloud-native environment.
  • You'll work with a modern stack , AWS, and other leading technologies) and use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
  • Your role will include designing new product capabilities from the ground up, evolving existing architectures, and driving end-to-end solutions — from technical design to production rollout.
  • You'll collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and data experts to shape the next generation of TailorMed's platform.
  • We're looking for someone who thrives in solving complex problems, loves exploring new technologies, and takes pride in writing clean, efficient, and impactful code.
Requirements
  • Solid experience and passion for software engineering. 
  • 4+ years of backend experience in / Java / Python or similar 
  • Proficiency with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or others) 
  • Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable and high-performance complex distributed systems 
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and development velocity.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent 
  • Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail and high coding standards 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic environment 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • High level of English
