We're looking for an SEO/GEO Analyst, as part of this role, you will analyze performance metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and help optimize content visibility across search engines and AI-powered search tools. You'll work closely with strategists, content specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure our clients achieve the highest possible organic impact across all platforms.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep SEO knowledge, and an understanding of how modern AI systems evaluate and surface content. You will take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying optimization opportunities and translating insights into meaningful actions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze SEO & GEO performance across search engines and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Monitor rankings, trends, visibility changes, competitors, and AI-prompt behavior.
- Conduct SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page optimization opportunities.
- Provide GEO-based insights to support localized strategies.
- Evaluate how content surfaces in AI-driven search and recommend improvements.
- Test, document, and optimize for visibility across major AI tools.
- Translate data into clear insights and present to internal teams and clients.
- Build dashboards, reports, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Organic & cross-functional teams, participate in client meetings.
- Stay updated on SEO, AI search advancements, and algorithm trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, GEO analysis, or similar analytical roles.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, ranking factors, and analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Comfort with data analysis, synthesis, and visualization.
- Familiarity with AI-based search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and how they evaluate content - an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
