Back-End Engineer
to join their growing
Data Platform team,
an opportunity to work on
large-scale distributed systems
, design robust
data pipelines
, and build the backbone of the company's next phase of growth.

At this pivotal stage, every decision you make will directly impact system scalability, performance, and the evolution of a platform protecting thousands of businesses worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale
    distributed systems and data pipelines handling massive volumes of data.
  • Develop and maintain
    the internal data platform supporting analytics, monitoring, and product intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    with Data, DevOps, and Security teams to improve data reliability and system performance.
  • Optimize back-end performance
    and storage systems across GCP, Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch environments.
  • Influence architectural decisions
    to ensure scalability, reliability, and low latency as the product scales globally.
  • Own your code end-to-end
    — from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

What They Require

  • ~
    6+ years
    of experience as a Software Engineer (Back-End or Data-focused).
  • Proven experience with
    distributed systems
    and
    data-intensive architectures
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    (other back-end languages welcome if fundamentals are strong).
  • Experience with
    Kafka
    ,
    BigQuery
    ,
    ElasticSearch
    ,
    GCP
    , and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Familiarity with
    MapReduce

    Spark
    , or similar data processing frameworks.
  • Degree in
    Computer Science
