We are seeking an experienced
Instructional Development Consultant
to support the design and implementation of training programs in the field of
language and culture education
.

Responsibilities

  • :Guide and support instructional teams in developing training programs, including course planning for language and culture instruction
  • .Provide hands-on mentoring in the development of microlearning products tailored to diverse training events
  • .Validate, update, modify, and refresh existing courses as needed
  • .Conduct post-training reviews and evaluations to extract key insights and lessons learned

Requirement

  • s:Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum developmen
  • t.Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Education, or Organizational Consultin
  • g.Strong technological orientation and familiarity with digital learning tool
  • s.Master's degree in one of the above fields – an advantag
  • e.Experience in foreign language education – an advantag
  • e.Experience integrating educational technologies for language learning – an advantag
