A leading and well-established academic institution is seeking to hire an
Information Systems Project Specialist
to join its Information Systems team.

Location:
Tel Aviv

Model of work:
Full time position - Hybrid (4 days from office and 1 day from home)

The role includes:

  • Managing and leading information systems projects — from identifying needs to full implementation — while meeting defined goals and timelines.
  • Analyzing business processes, including mapping the current state, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
  • Collecting and consolidating project requirements and preparing detailed work plans.
  • Managing risks and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Supporting internal clients throughout all project phases — from gathering and documenting requirements to implementation and go-live.
  • Preparing user guides, conducting training sessions, and supporting system adoption.
  • Providing service and support to system users.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree - must. Graduate of a project management course — an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management within information systems.
  • Experience in preparing specification documents and defining system requirements.
  • Familiarity with applications such as Priority, Moodle, SharePoint, and others.
  • Experience working with external vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
