The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Data Analyst
with
5+ years of experience
to play a key role in generating actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, and driving growth in our B2C environment. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, close collaboration with stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to owning data processes end to end.

What You'll Do
Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to user behavior, product engagement, funnels, retention, and business performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Insight Generation

  • Work closely with product managers, operations, marketing, and engineering to define key questions and analytical needs.
  • Lead analytical projects from scoping to insights, including storytelling with data.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Experimentation & Measurement

  • Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Help define success metrics and monitor them over time.

Tools & Infrastructure

  • Build scalable analysis pipelines using Python, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Amplitude).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve data accessibility and reliability.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a B2C environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation — a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills for complex data exploration and transformation.
  • Proven experience working with stakeholders and leading data projects independently.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of experimentation and statistical methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of curiosity, ownership, and a drive to turn data into impact.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
