What We're Looking For

We're searching for a
Head of Product Design

to join our
founding team

. This role goes beyond pure design, while your primary focus will be shaping intuitive, high-impact product experiences, you'll also be a key voice in broader product decisions and design-driven operations.

  • Product Design Leadership

: Own and elevate the user experience across Conntour's platform, building design systems that scale with us.
- Founding Team Mindset

: Beyond product design, you'll collaborate on product strategy and features, and contribute to design needs across the company - from sales to marketing (website, LinkedIn, etc.).
- User Research & Testing

: Lead user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs and translate them into product improvements.
- A Passion for Simplicity

: Making the complex feel intuitive through thoughtful, clear design.
- Experience

: 4+ years in Product design or UI/UX design.
- Prior leadership

or ownership responsibilities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating

product design for complex, data-rich applications.
- Not Afraid to Go Deep

: Comfortable taking on wide responsibilities as part of a founding team.

  • Background in data visualization or AI-driven products.
