We are seeking a
senior designer
who will work directly with the Creative Director on a variety of projects. Applicants must have a stellar portfolio, strong communication skills, and a determined work ethic.

We're looking for a mix of the following skill-sets:

  • Design engaging social media and web graphics content to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Generate innovative design executions that communicate compelling benefits and deliver strong conversion metrics.
  • Conceptualize and design compelling and impactful collateral, including web, mobile, and print.
  • Strong understanding of modern web design principles, user experience, information architecture, and social media.
  • Work creatively and quickly meeting quality and accuracy standards.
  • Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced, team environment.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director on all projects.

Build on your existing experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years design experience for print & web.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferably in graphic design or related field.
  • Demonstrate expert-level skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in an energetic & fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses an eye for detail and a variety of design styles.
