On behalf of our client, a leading publicly traded industrial company operating in the semiconductor domain,

we are seeking a
Chief Financial Officer
to lead the finance organization and join the executive leadership team.

The CFO will play a key role in the company's next phase of scale-up, driving strategic financial growth and operational excellence. This role includes leading a team of approximately 20 finance professionals across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Bookkeeping, and managing the company's global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of the company's global financial operations

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Partner with the executive team to drive strategy, growth, and business performance

Oversee international financial activities, compliance, and reporting

Build and strengthen financial infrastructure to support manufacturing and global expansion

Requirements


CPA
– mandatory


17+ years of experience
in senior financial management positions

Proven experience in
public companies
– mandatory

Strong background in
industrial/manufacturing environments
– mandatory

Demonstrated experience managing
international operations

Strategic, analytical, and hands-on leadership approach
