Job Description: Project Manager 

This key role will be responsible for overseeing and driving critical company-wide processes, ensuring effective coordination and alignment across departments, and supporting the seamless day-to-day operations of the company's headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration and communication within the company.
  • Partner directly with Co-CEOs and senior management to monitor, track, and manage key operational processes and company-wide initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize internal workflows and processes aimed at improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead strategic internal projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and facilitate change management initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with operational process design and performance improvement methods is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional coordination role.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage cross-functional initiatives and drive tangible results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and a strong service orientation.
  • Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and evolving environment.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
