We are looking for a
System Engineer – Missile Systems
to join the
Missile and Space Systems Division
at MLM

The Position includes:

  • Serve as a system engineer for a development and procurement project involving a precision-guided weapon system.
  • Participate in a complex, multidisciplinary project that spans various domains, including algorithms, aeronautics, navigation, communications, avionics, electronics, software, control, hardware, and mechanics – from system architecture to serial production.
  • Lead the engineering development process within the system engineering discipline, from requirements definition to design and testing.
  • Provide technical guidance to subsystem system engineering teams.
  • Define and develop system-level designs. Write and define requirements for subsystems and integration processes.
  • Lead engineering design reviews and formulate system architecture concepts.
  • Oversee integration and system-level testing processes.
  • Manage engineering development as part of the project's system engineering team.

What are we looking for:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electro-Optics –
    mandatory
  • M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering –
    an advantage
  • Proven experience in the development of weapon/aerospace/missile systems –
    mandatory
  • At least 5 years of experience in electronics or avionics system development –
    mandatory
  • At least 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary system engineer –
    mandatory
  • High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking
