What You'll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and financial reporting for U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries
  • Oversee AP and AR, including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with payroll procedures in collaboration with HR and payroll providers
  • Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and regulatory reports
  • Support monthly close processes and intercompany transactions
  • Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth audits and accurate reporting
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and identify opportunities for process automation and improvement

What You'll Bring:

  • Bookkeeping certification – Type 2 required, Type 3 – an advantage, payroll controller – big advantage
  • Proficiency in NetSuite - MUST
  • Previous experience in a high-tech company, preferably in an American company
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Fluent in English – speaking and writing
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
