We're looking for a
Senior Mobile Engineer
to join the
founding client-side team
of a
mobile-first
, well-funded EdTech startup — at a
very early and impactful stage
.

This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first mobile engineers in the company, with
real ownership over mobile architecture, infrastructure, and product direction
as we scale.

Our mission is to
redefine personalized education through a mobile-first experience,
building an adaptive learning platform that evolves with each learner, from childhood through career, making high-quality learning engaging, accessible, and deeply personal.

What You'll Do

  • Build a mobile-first product from the ground up, owning architecture, foundations, and core infrastructure
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize a consumer-facing B2C mobile application with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and UX
  • Own complex UI flows, dynamic components, and engaging animations designed primarily for mobile users
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend to shape a mobile-first product strategy, not just implement features
  • Translate product vision and Figma designs into clean, scalable, maintainable Kotlin code
  • Ensure cross-device compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness, with mobile as the primary surface
  • Help define engineering best practices and technical standards as part of the founding team
  • Prepare the mobile platform for growth, scale, and long-term evolution

  • Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
  • Compose Multiplatform for UI

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience building mobile-first, consumer-facing B2C products

(experience in gaming or highly interactive products — a strong plus)

  • Deep passion for client-side development and exceptional mobile UX
  • Proven experience building scalable, high-performance mobile applications
  • Solid understanding of:

Dependency Injection (Koin / Hilt)

Android Navigation Component

Material Design principles
