About the Role:

We're looking for a
Senior Data Analyst
to join our Research Department — someone who loves diving into data, solving complex problems, and shaping meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Modellama.
  • Work closely with the research team to connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
  • Learn and understand the company's data-gathering mechanisms.
  • Tackle business challenges by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
  • Develop advanced logic flows to detect key events and produce high-value insights.
  • Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses for business stakeholders.
  • Research and implement new tools or methods to enrich and enhance datasets.

Who You Are:

You're curious, proactive, and love turning data into action. You think in terms of value, not vanity metrics — and you're not afraid to experiment, fail, learn, and improve. You take ownership of your work from start to finish, communicate with confidence, and enjoy collaborating with diverse minds.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong SQL skills (SQL Server).
  • Programming experience in
    Python
    or
    R.
  • Solid Knowledge in
    statistics
    .
  • Genuine
    passion for sports
    (soccer, basketball, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Interest in
