לארגון ממשלתי גדול ומוביל טכנולוגית בירושלים דרוש/ה Lead Salesforce Solution Architect & Strategy Consultant עבודה במודל היברידי תיאור התפקיד: ארכיטקט פתרונות ענן salesforce אחראי על הובלת תהליכים טכנולוגיים בסביבות הענן של Salesforce החל משלב הבנת הצרכים העסקיים של הלקוח ועד לתרגומם לארכיטקטורת פתרון מקיפה. הוא משמש כגשר בין העולם העסקי לעולם הטכנולוגי, מנחה את המשרד ואת הלקוח בבחירת הפתרונות המתאימים ביותר, ומוביל את תהליך האפיון והתכנון של הפרויקט. התפקיד דורש יכולת מוכחת ביישום, ארכיטקטורת פרויקטים מורכבים וניהול פעילות רחבה, הובלה טכנולוגית של צוותים והנעת תהליכים רוחביים בארגון. התפקיד דורש יכולות תיעוד תהליכים עסקיים ושימוש בכלים כמו דיאגרמות תהליכים, UML ודיאגרמות רצף. על ארכיטקט הפתרונות להיות בעל מומחיות במוצרי Salesforce בעננים Sales, Service, Experience, Industry cloud, ויהיה אחראי על הבטחת תאימות של הפתרונות לתפיסת הארגון ולתקנים מחייבים. נדרשת יכולת טיפול ותפעול בעיות ארכיטקטוניות ייחודיות ברמת מורכבות גבוהה. נדרש לעבוד בשיתוף פעולה ולהפגין כישורי תקשורת חזקים, במיוחד בהעברת רעיונות מורכבים וחשיבה יצירתית ואסטרטגית ברחבי ארגון הלקוח. מצופה מארכיטקט הפתרונות לתרום למנהיגות מחשבתית ופרקטיקות מיטביות על ידי עבודה עם צוותים ייעודיים של ענן. דרישות: בעל ניסיון של 6 שנים לפחות וניסיון בניהול צוותים טכנולוגיים. 5 שנות ניסיון בעבודה עם פלטפורמת Salesforce (יישום ע"ג הפלטפורמה) 4 שנות ניסיון בארכיטקטורת פתרונות Salesforce, כולל תכנון וניהול פרויקטי Salesforce מורכבים 4 שנות ניסיון בעבודה עם צוותים טכניים במתודולוגיית Agile 4 שנות ניסיון בכתיבת ארכיטקטורה עסקית של תהליכים עסקיים מפורטים ניסיון של שנתיים בייעוץ אסטרטגי למנהלים בכירים
