The Cyber Insurance Academy is a 24/7 online educational platform dedicated to bridging the critical knowledge gap in the cyber insurance industry. As cyber risks rank among the top global business threats, the Academy equips insurance professionals with the expertise to understand cyber language and products. By doing so, it enhances their ability to underwrite, price, and sell policies effectively, as well as manage claims. Our mission is to transform insurance professionals into Cyber Champions and advance the industry's capacity to address this dynamic field.

Role Description

We're looking for a curious, proactive, and articulate communicator who loves to write, learn, and create. We are a small but fast-growing team that operates at the crossroads of cyber, insurance, and education. Our offices are in Tel Aviv, but our community spans over 40 different countries.

As our Content & Communications Specialist, you'll help shape the voice and storytelling of a global education brand that's redefining how the cyber insurance industry learns and connects.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who's ready to grow fast, take initiative, and work across multiple content formats. You'll be involved in every step of the creative process - researching, writing, editing, and presenting content that informs, inspires, and educates.

Every day will look a little different: one day you might be writing a blog post or a social media campaign, the next day you'll help script a video, edit a webinar, or draft a certification course for professionals in the cyber and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit engaging content for a variety of mediums - blogs, newsletters, social media, and course materials.
  • Support the creation of professional training content and certification programs.
  • Collaborate with internal experts, partners, and clients to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Develop visual materials and presentations (good design and layout skills required).
  • Assist in the coordination and scripting of video and event content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand tone, style, and objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Background in writing, communications, or content creation (blogs, social media, journalism, education, or similar).
  • Language: Exceptional command of written and spoken English — native-level fluency required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to organize and present complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with basic design and visual tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
