Assured Allies היא חברת סטארטאפ בתחום של HealthTech–InsurTech. המשימה שלנו היא לעזור לאנשים מבוגרים להזדקן בצורה מיטבית, בין השאר באמצעות תכנון חכם של פרישה ותכנית Wellness. אנחנו פועלים בשוק האמריקאי ויש לנו משרדים בבוסטון וברמת גן.
אנחנו מחפשים מנהל.ת חשבונות חד.ה, מדויק.ת ובעל.ת ראייה עסקית, להצטרף לתפקיד משמעותי במחלקת הכספים. הפונקציה הזו תעבוד בצמוד למנהלת חשבונות ראשית ותדווח ל- Director of Finance.
מדובר במשרה קבועה בהיקף של 60% עם אופציה לגדילה בהמשך. עבודה מהמשרד בימים ב׳-ד׳ במשרדינו במתחם הבורסה, רמת גן.

• עבודה מקצה לקצה עד מאזן (Full bookkeeping, עד Trial Balance)
• קליטת חשבוניות ספקים, התאמות, ביצוע רישומים שוטפים
• טיפול בכרטיסי אשראי, החזרי הוצאות ומעקב אחר תנועות
• עבודה במערכת Mesh Payments
• התאמות בנקים
• תשלומים לספקים
• עבודה מול ספקים וגורמי פנים בחברה
• תמיכה בסגירות חודש/רבעון
   

מה חשוב לנו בהתאמה לתפקיד:

• הסמכה בהנה״ח סוג 2/3 (לפחות סוג 2) - חובה
• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון כמנהלת חשבונות עד מאזן - חובה
• ניסיון מחברות תעשייה / שירותים; יתרון משמעותי לניסיון בהייטק / סטארטאפים
• ניסיון בעבודה עם פריוריטי ודוקה - חובה
• ראש גדול, סקרנות עסקית ורצון להבין את התמונה הרחבה - לא רק ״לבצע״

Bookkeeper (Permanent&Part-Time position, 60%)

Assured Allies is a fast-growing HealthTech–InsurTech startup on a mission to help older adults age successfully and independently. We combine technology, behavioral science, actuarial analytics and wellness programs to solve one of society's biggest challenges.
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented bookkeeper with strong business intuition to join our finance team in a key role. This position will work closely with our Senior Bookkeeper and report directly to the Director of Finance.

This is a permanent part-time position at 60% capacity, with the option to increase in the future. The role is based on-site, working from the office Monday through Wednesday. Our office is located in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Ramat Gan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping through trial balance
• Processing vendor invoices and ongoing bookkeeping entries
• Managing company credit cards and employee expense reports
• Working with Mesh payments (bank & credit card integration)
• Handle vendor payments and invoice processing
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
• Support monthly and quarterly closing processes
• Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Bookkeeper - Level 2/3 (at least Level 2) -  a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance -  a must
• Experience in industry/production companies; experience in high-tech/ startups - a strong advantage
• Experience with Priority and Dokka - a must
• Analytic thinking and curiosity - someone who wants to understand the business, not just execute
• High attention to detail, organizational skills and independence
• English proficiency for systems and vendor communication
• High integrity, confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills
