About the Role

We are looking for an
Entry-Level IT Support Technician
to join our global team. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and learning about cybersecurity. You'll work alongside experienced IT and security professionals, gaining real-world exposure to technical systems and modern cyber tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and communication tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
  • Support basic network and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
  • Assist with routine patching, updates, and system maintenance.
  • Participate in IT and security-related projects as part of the broader IT team.
  • Follow internal policies and document support activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
  • (Military/academic/internship experience welcome)
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and MacOS environments.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and a desire to grow professionally.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices or tools (e.g., antivirus, firewalls).
