Job Description

  • Operate and maintain electrical systems: Ensure reliable and safe operation of all electrical infrastructure across the plant, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Execute infrastructure and system projects: Support and implement projects for upgrading or installing electrical systems required for production continuity and site needs.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards: Adhere to national regulations, site procedures, and industry standards to maintain safe and compliant operations in high-voltage and industrial environments.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and contractors: Cooperate with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams, and oversee contractors and electricians to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.

  • Support efficiency improvements: Identify maintenance-related improvements to enhance equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and safe plant operations.

  • Provide technical support to operations: Troubleshoot electrical issues, assist production lines, and guide maintenance teams in resolving technical challenges.

  • Train and mentor employees: Share knowledge and provide training on electrical topics to electricians and other staff, strengthening the plant's internal expertise.

Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with a valid Licensed Electrical Engineer certification.
  • Proven experience with high-voltage and power systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD – an advantage.
  • High computer literacy, including MS Office, email, and ERP systems.
  • Strong ability to work with multiple interfaces and coordinate cross-functional activities.
