Ashtrom Properties is Hiring an Assistant Controller

Ashtrom Properties is a leading income-producing real estate company, operating in Israel and abroad (currently Germany and the UK). The company serves as the income-producing real estate arm of the Ashtrom Group, specializing in the acquisition of land and existing buildings, their enhancement and development, and ultimately leasing or selling them to end users.

Our operations span multiple sectors, including office and commercial spaces, co-working environments, retail, industrial buildings, logistics centers, and solar systems.

The company manages all of its assets in Israel independently, without external management companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements and tax reports
  • Supporting budgeting processes, payments, and financial forecasts for the company's projects
  • Working with external auditors throughout audit processes and preparing audit materials
  • Managing interactions with regulatory bodies (Tax Authority, Israel Securities Authority, etc.)
  • Responsibility for internal control procedures in accordance with Goshen regulations

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license –
    required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm –
    required
  • Proven experience preparing quarterly and annual financial statements –
    required
  • Strong Excel skills –
    required
  • Good command of English
  • Experience with Priority ERP system –
    an advantage
