As our
Web Project Manager
, you'll be a key leader in our Development team. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of our web projects, from initial concept to launch and ongoing maintenance. You'll manage tasks, allocate resources, and champion our technological growth. This role is perfect for a proactive project manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional web experiences and driving innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the development and maintenance of our organization's websites.
  • Spearhead new web projects and additional initiatives within our information systems.
  • Drive continuous technological improvements and upgrades, ensuring our web presence remains modern and competitive.
  • Write clear project specifications and contribute to UI/UX design.
  • Manage tasks, versions, and quality assurance through operational checks and testing.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing web-related projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing complex web systems and websites.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of web technologies.
  • Practical expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Experience with task management, version control, and testing.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high degree of service orientation.

Work Model: Full-time, hybrid.
