About the Role

We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and executive-ready leader to inspire and guide our Customer Success team across the most complex and high-value enterprise accounts. This role requires managing delivery and adoption while also building credibility with clients and internal teams. You will help shape the global customer success strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

You will lead implementation efforts, onboard new customers, and drive long-term customer value across our most strategic enterprise accounts. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure alignment, influence enterprise initiatives, and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and executive-level credibility.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they can confidently engage with executives and manage complex accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (GCs, owners, consultants), guiding them through technology adoption and demonstrating Buildots' strategic value.
  • Oversee the full post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and implementation to adoption, expansion, and renewal. Provide hands-on guidance for complex or high-profile accounts as needed.
  • Own customer health metrics, including renewal, retention, and satisfaction KPIs, and implement strategies to improve outcomes across accounts.
  • Analyze customer goals, workflows, and challenges to design and lead enterprise-level initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify and execute consultative account expansion opportunities, building long-term relationships and driving strategic growth.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to demonstrate value and secure executive buy-in for customer initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to provide strategic input on roadmap, features, and impactful customer storytelling.
  • Travel to client sites to deepen executive relationships, support strategic rollouts, and represent Buildots at the enterprise level.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on construction experience, or equivalent experience in enterprise operations, GTM, or technology adoption, demonstrating enthusiasm for the industry and understanding of construction workflows, project delivery, and operational processes.
  • Proven senior leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams, leading strategic initiatives, or driving enterprise-scale customer success programs.
  • Experience leading customer-facing teams or enterprise initiatives, including change management, process optimization, GTM delivery, technology adoption, or innovation, with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated client delivery expertise, including building and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and driving adoption and value realization.
  • Experience driving SaaS adoption, account expansion, or enterprise-level program delivery.
  • Prior experience in software implementation, digital transformation, or operational excellence programs.
  • Demonstrate situational awareness, quick learning, adaptability, and the ability to communicate with quiet confidence across senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% to support rollouts and build executive relationships.
  • Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone.
