Leading Defense Company is Hiring: Junior IT / Cloud
Location: Haifa

employees with hands-on work using advanced cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
.Manage and operate a hybrid environment (On-Prem + Cloud): users, computers, groups, and permissions
.Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure): create virtual machines, manage storage, monitor resources
.Utilize AI tools to improve processes and technical support
.Document procedures and participate in cross-organizational technology projects
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in technical support (Tier 1/2)
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with cloud services – advantage for AWS/Azure.
Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and good English.
Advantages:
Relevant certifications (Microsoft,AWS).
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash).
Experience working with AI tools.
