We're expanding our business development team and looking for a
full-time Junior / Entry-Level SDR
to take their first steps into B2B sales.

This is a full-time position, not a student role.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Create first contact with decision-makers in high-tech companies
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales managers
  • Learn B2B sales methodologies, tools, and HR-tech solutions
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams

What we're looking for:

  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good level of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • No previous sales or tech experience required
