Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product UX/UI Designer, located in Raanana, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Product UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience and interface of various products. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product specialists, conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and iterating on feedback from clients and users. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Specialist skills and ability to understand product requirements
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for conducting user research and interpreting data
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
  • Customer Service skills to address client needs and provide design solutions
  • Experience in Sales to understand and incorporate business goals into design
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience with UX/UI design for web and mobile applications is a plus
